FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Inside The Lab
What is Scientific Wrestling and Scientific Striking?
While our external programs are branded as Elite Kickboxing and Olympic Wrestling, our internal curriculum is strictly driven by our "Scientific Striking" and "Scientific Wrestling" methodology. The logo and design represents our commitment and philosophy of combat-proven efficiency in MMA and as standalone combat sports.
Do I need previous experience to start?
No. We value mindset over resume. Whether you are a seasoned competitor or a professional stepping onto the mats for the first time, our curriculum is highly systemized. If you are coachable, disciplined, and ready to work, we will build your technical foundation from the ground up.
What is the culture like? Will I be sparring on day one?
We strictly enforce a zero-meathead culture. Our facility is populated by focused professionals, first responders, and disciplined athletes. You will never be forced to spar or engage in live contact until you possess the required technical competency and explicitly choose to do so. Safety and structure are our highest priorities.
What if I just want to get in shape without the combat?
Then The Engine Room is exactly what you need. It provides all the biological benefits, structural conditioning, and relentless pace of a professional fighter’s training camp, with absolutely zero physical contact or sparring.
Who leads the coaching staff?
Our programs are led by elite specialists, including Olympic veterans and World Champions. You receive mechanical details and coaching caliber that cannot be replicated locally, ensuring you are learning proven, high-probability techniques rather than theory.
How do the memberships work? Are there contracts?
We do not believe in locking our members into long-term contracts. All of our training tracks—from The Engine Room to our High-Performance All-Access tier—are billed transparently on a bi-weekly basis. You select the track that fits your goals.
