The Engine Room is our high-intensity metabolic training program designed for maximum fat loss and muscle endurance. This is a standalone, non-contact program that utilizes the same elite training principles used by combat athletes to reach peak physical form.

The Systematic Workout

  • HIIT Methodology: We utilize a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) structure to maximize your metabolic rate. Get in, work hard, and see results in just 40 minutes.

  • The Structure: Our classes are organized into dynamic Tabata stations—where you will cycle through specific movements designed to keep your heart rate in the optimal “burn zone.”
