What is High-Performance MMA?
High-Performance MMA is our flagship technical system. Unlike traditional "hobbyist" gyms, we operate as a technical lab. We integrate world-class Olympic wrestling with the modern Catch Wrestling of Scientific Wrestling. We added our elite-level Scientific Striking to make our MMA program a High-Performance Combat System. This program is designed for those who want direct, Elite Olympic coaching to master the "how" and "why" of combat, focusing on efficiency, leverage, and high-level athletic output.
How is Scientific Wrestling different from BJJ?
We operate on a "Wrestling Guard" philosophy. While many modern Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programs focus on defensive play from the bottom, Scientific Wrestling (Catch-As-Catch-Can) is built on aggressive top pressure, brutal rides, and "pin-to-submit" transitions. We don’t concede the bottom position—we use high-leverage hooks and pins to dictate the pace and break the opponent's structure.
Do I need previous experience to start?
No. We value mindset over resume. While our facility is elite, we are experts at building the "engine" from the ground up. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or a total beginner, if you are coachable, disciplined, and ready to learn, we will provide the technical foundation.
What is "The Engine Room"?
The Engine Room is our Combat Conditioning pillar. Skill is useless if you don't have the gas tank to use it. This program is specifically designed to build the metabolic power and recovery required for the unique demands of MMA and Wrestling. It is the physical foundation of our High-Performance system.
Why is there a "Technical Intake" process?
To maintain the high standards of our training environment, our technical programs are not open-enrollment. We handle all inquiries through a Technical Intake application. This ensures that everyone on our mats is committed, focused, and aligned with our culture of Courage, Discipline, and Leadership.
What is the pricing structure?
• The Engine Room (Combat Conditioning Only): Entry-level access starts at $39 bi-weekly. • High-Performance MMA+ (Full Technical Access): Full membership starts at $69 bi-weekly. *Note: Access to technical programs requires a successful intake assessment.
Who leads the coaching staff?
Our programs are led by a staff of elite specialists, including Olympian and World Champions . We are a certified Scientific Wrestling affiliate, maintaining the direct technical lineage of Billy Robinson. Scientific Wrestling is the Global authority on modern Catch-As-Catch-Can Wrestling.
