Kick Kinetics is a high-output kickboxing and (included) conditioning program engineered for women who demand elite standards. We move beyond “cardio” and focus on the mechanics of movement. This is a technical, high-intensity environment led by women coaches, designed to build a high-performance engine and functional strength.


The Program Pillars

  • Kinetic Kickboxing Mechanics: Master the science of impact. We focus on the technical physics of striking—balance, weight transfer, and power generation—using bag work and mitt drills. We prioritize technical precision over panic aggression to ensure a professional workout without the risk of injury.

  • The Engine Room: Conditioning: We utilize high-intensity intervals and functional circuits to push your physical threshold. This program builds explosive power and endurance, developing the grit and work ethic of a high-level athlete.

  • Women-Led Coaching: Directed and instructed by female coaches, this program addresses the specific performance needs of women. You receive expert supervision in a disciplined environment focused on respect and technical growth.

  • Systematic Skill Acquisition: Using the Segmenting Principle, we break down complex striking combinations into manageable kinetic sequences. This method reduces cognitive load, allowing you to master high-level skills faster and with greater accuracy.
