Our Women’s Defensive Tactics is a unique program designed to teach women how to defend themselves in physical altercations using Scientific Wrestling and Striking techniques. Our WDT Workshop focuses on teaching women practical self-defense skills, including escapes from various grabs, holds, and chokes, as well as striking and takedown maneuvers. The Workshop will empower women by giving them the tools to defend themselves to survive real-world situations.
WDW is taught by experienced coaches who have expertise in Use of Force applications and Martial Arts. The coaches focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for all participants, regardless of their skill level or prior experience.
Why Women’s Defensive Tactics?
In many cases, physical altercations can be unpredictable and fast-moving. Traditional self-defense techniques may not always be practical, mainly if an attacker has more extensive experience and more robust than the victim. Scientific Wrestling and Striking techniques, on the other hand, can be instrumental in situations where the victim needs to quickly gain control and escape from an attacker.
The Women’s Defensive Tactics program emphasizes the use of Scientific Wrestling and Striking techniques because they are practical, effective, and do not rely on brute strength to survive dangerous encounters.
