Our KICKSTARTER is a high-efficiency entry point into kickboxing and self defense. Designed for absolute beginners, this 5-week foundation focuses on the fundamentals of striking and fitness in a supportive, ego-free environment.

The Program Details

  • Beginner-Focused: No experience required. We break down the “Scientific Striking” basics into simple, actionable steps.

  • Functional Fitness: Improve your cardio, strength, and coordination through heart-pumping drills that replace the boredom of a traditional gym.

  • Expert Coaching: Train under the same elite instructors who coach our competitive athletes, ensuring you learn proper, safe technique from day one. 

  • Community Support: Train alongside a motivated group of beginners in a supportive environment dedicated to mutual growth.
