WHAT IS KICKSTARTER?

 
  • Beginner-Friendly: No experience? No problem! Our program starts from the basics, teaching you the fundamentals of kickboxing in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Fitness and Fun: Combine the thrill of learning a martial art with a heart-pumping workout. Enhance your cardiovascular health, build strength, and improve your coordination all while having a blast.
  • Learn from Experts: Our classes are led by experienced coaches who are passionate about teaching and dedicated to your progress. We will guide you through each step, ensuring you get the most out of every session.
  • Community and Support: Join a community of like-minded individuals. Here, everyone starts at the same place, creating a supportive environment where you can grow, learn, and celebrate each other’s victories.
  • Easy Schedule: KICKSTARTER is a 6 week program with 90minute classes once a week (Sundays mornings).
